We can provide opportunities to make calls, send SMS and MMS messages by using virtual number services from other countries, regulated by local legislation

Based on local legislation, there may be restrictions on the sending of SMS and mms messages

All payment in our app is via your iTunes Account after you confirm your purchase

We can also provide a trial version of the application. Using the trial version you choose and get a fully functioning virtual number with a certain number of minutes and messages. Depending on the country and the type of number, this number may vary. At the end of the trial period, the subscription is automatically renewed.

Cancelling the subscription is also possible in your Apple ID settings in the Subscription Management section

The policy of our service, including the collection, use and dissemination of your private information is protected and stipulated in our Privacy Policy. Any inconsistencies with the current legislation of your country mean the possibility of challenging certain of the listed points of the Privacy Policy

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SECOND NUMBER DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE LEGALITY OF THE USE OF ANY OF THE CHANGE PHONE NUMBER – SECOND NUMBER SERVICES IN ANY PARTICULAR STATE OR IN ANY COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

IN NO EVENT SHALL SECOND NUMBER BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CHANGE PHONE NUMBER – SECOND NUMBER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY ARISING FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS, DEFECTS AND/OR ERRORS IN TRANSMITTING, RECEIVING, ORIGINATING, TERMINATING AND/OR DELIVERING TELEPHONE CALLS AND/OR MESSAGES (INCLUDING MMS). SECOND NUMBER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUES, EVEN IF SECOND NUMBER HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SECOND NUMBER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS, OR YOUR DIFFICULTY IN ACCESSING, ITS SERVICE THROUGH TOLL OR LOCAL ACCESS NUMBERS. SECOND NUMBER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR INFORMATION OFFERED OR PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND ACCESSED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, THE APPLICATION OR BY ANY OTHER MEANS. YOU ALSO SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SECOND NUMBER IS NOT LIABLE FOR COSTS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PRIVATE OR GOVERNMENTAL LEGAL ACTIONS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE CHANGE PHONE NUMBER – SECOND NUMBER APPLICATION SERVICES IN ANY COUNTRY.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Second number.
